 A brief look into the art of cooking

Cooking is one art that has existed since time immemorial. Even the neolithic man was known to indulge in this occupation. The discovery of fire by the early man, perhaps initiated this skill amongst the people.

The start of the industrial revolution led to standardisation of food and new technique of food processing came into vogue. With the coming of the 1920s, new methods of cooking came into existence. The concept of cafeterias, eateries etc also became quite popular.
