The story of baking and caking as an art

Baking is one art that has interesting origins. The story of baking starts from the pre medieval times. The earliest breads were baked by pounding together grains which were mixed together. The paste formed was heated upon to form what can be called the world’s first breads. The breads were in turn mixed with butter, honey etc. to make cakes.
